Microsoft Teams Chat Features Elevate Conversations

As a company, we have now been working 100% remotely for about 3 weeks. Though tough at times to not be able to pop into someone’s office for an update, it is a necessity that we now have to work through. Luckily for us, we have adopted Microsoft Teams as our collaboration platform of choice and it makes remote work so much easier.

We all use email. Sometimes we use it too much. So much so that things get overlooked, messages get lost, others ignored. My boss alone gets upwards of 300 emails a day. That’s why I (as a marketing specialist) have moved a majority of my internal communication to Teams. Teams’ has an awesome chat feature for one-on-one or one-to-many chat. Think instant messaging on steroids. The one-to-many functions like a chat room for however many people you invite to the room.
