Dynamics CRM Business Rules
If you’re not using Business Rules in Dynamics CRM…you should be! Business Rules offer a GUI interface to author both form rules that previously required JavaScript. As of CRM 2015, they also offer server rules you can execute in place of a plugin. Dynamics CRM customizers can control form attributes such as making fields required or visible. Any field updates are immediate–no saving required.
Check out the simple example below, that sets a leads priority based on the lead source. In previous versions of CRM, JavaScript would have been required –now updates like these are completely configurable.
